reSET® is a 12-week prescription digital therapeutic for patients with substance use disorder, who are currently enrolled in outpatient treatment under the supervision of a clinician. It is the first FDA-authorized treatment shown to increase abstinence and retention over the 12-week trial duration.

Engage in therapy when needed with interactive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy lessons that help you acquire new skills for daily situations to aid in your recovery process.

Enhance coping strategies through questions provided at the end of each lesson, reinforcing key concepts and promoting continued engagement with treatment.

Utilize an evidence-based rewards system tailored to support your recovery journey and treatment progress.

Effortlessly track your cravings and triggers by recording substance use patterns, cravings, and triggers using a simple tap, facilitating better communication with your therapist or doctor regarding your progress.

For individuals familiar with outpatient substance use disorder treatment, the reSET Prescription Digital Therapeutic offers a continuum of care, enabling ongoing support between therapy sessions via your smartphone or tablet.

Important Safety Information
<ul>
<li>Do not use reSET to communicate emergency information, as it lacks features for sending alerts to your clinician. In case of self-harm ideation, contact emergency services at 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.</li>
<li>Available in English or Spanish for individuals with access to compatible tablets or smartphones familiar with mobile applications. Regular data upload requires internet connectivity.</li>
<li>Protect user privacy by refraining from sharing login credentials. reSET may transmit protected health information and personally identifiable data.</li>
<li>reSET is not a standalone therapy for substance use disorder and does not replace provider care or medications. Continue taking medications as prescribed.</li>
<li>The long-term efficacy of reSET beyond 12 weeks has not been assessed in the SUD population. Its ability to prevent relapse post-treatment discontinuation remains unexplored. Safety and efficacy in patients within opioid treatment programs have not been established.</li>
