Important Safety Information

• Do not use reSET to communicate emergency information, as it lacks features for sending alerts to your clinician. In case of self-harm ideation, contact emergency services at 911 or visit the nearest emergency room.
• Available in English or Spanish for individuals with access to compatible tablets or smartphones familiar with mobile applications. Regular data upload requires internet connectivity.
• Protect user privacy by refraining from sharing login credentials. reSET may transmit protected health information and personally identifiable data.
• reSET is not a standalone therapy for substance use disorder and does not replace provider care or medications. Continue taking medications as prescribed.
• The long-term efficacy of reSET beyond 12 weeks has not been assessed in the SUD population. Its ability to prevent relapse post-treatment discontinuation remains unexplored. Safety and efficacy in patients within opioid treatment programs have not been established.
